Right of withdrawal and withdrawal form - Band Maker Pro
Version dated 2 September 2026
General information
When subscribing at a distance as a consumer, and where provided for by the applicable law, the user is in principle entitled to withdraw within fourteen days from the date on which the subscription is concluded, without having to give any reason for the decision.
The request may be made by any unambiguous statement sent by email to contact@bandmakerpro.com or by post to: Serge Louis ROBOLY - Band Maker Pro, Château Miramar, 2 rue de la Tour Magnan, 06000 Nice, France.
The user may use the form below but is not required to do so.
If the user has expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, a proportionate amount corresponding to the service provided up to the time the withdrawal decision is communicated may remain payable under the conditions laid down by law.
Stopping automatic renewal and exercising the right of withdrawal are different: stopping automatic renewal prevents future renewals at the end of the paid period, whereas withdrawal is a statutory right that must be exercised within its own time limit.
